Pre-Appointment Checklist

- At least 24 hours before your appointment, send through the contract and all related documents (Upload Here, email or post) to allow us the time to review them and to provide you with a precise quote.
- Read through the contract and allied documents (as best as possible). It is important that you do NOT sign the contract/ documents before your appointment.
- Have the contract, allied documents and your valid identity documents (e.g., Passport, Driver’s Licence, Proof of Age Card) ready to bring to your appointment.
At Your Appointment
After carefully analysing and reviewing the contract and documents, we will:
- Provide you with an explanation about the effect of the same, including your current and future legal rights and obligations;
- Ensure you understand the transaction you are entering into and our Advice; and
- If we are satisfied with the above, issue an Independent Solicitor’s Certificate.
